What’s the name of plane company from Thailand, and how much time it takes by plane? Thank so much.
there are many airlines that’s fly to the united states and then transfer to a flight to Jacksonville (I assume you mean Jacksonville, FL). Check with a travel agent or online.

Thai Air
but you can also go American, Cathay Pacific, Northwest, United, etc.
Thai Air will go direct to Bangkok from New York.
Other airlines will make you connect through Tokyo (Narita) or Hong Kong.
It will take about 17 hours in the air; 22-25 with connecting time. (Bring a good book)

There are many international flights that you can take from Bangkok to NY and then transfer to Jacksonville. Flight time from Bangkok to NY will be between 16-20 hours depending on stopover. Then an internal flight to your destination.
Thailand national airline is Thai Airways International, but you can easily book even United all the way to your destination in about 20hours flight time, plus a few other stopover hours..
